Every Chemical Peel appointment at Niche Aesthetics begins with a consultation. Monique, a registered nurse with over 13 years of clinical experience, will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and confirm that this treatment is appropriate for you.
Many advanced skin treatments work best as a course. Monique will recommend a plan based on your skin and concerns. Single sessions are available, and discounted course pricing makes ongoing care accessible.

Which peel is right for my skin? +
There are three. The Skin Clear Salicylic 20% peel has a keratolytic action and suits acne, pigmented and sun-damaged skin. The Power EnzymAcid peel combines enzymes and acids to brighten and resurface, and suits premature ageing, pigmentation and sun damage. The VitA AOX 1% Vitamin A peel supports skin renewal. Monique selects the right one after assessing your skin.
How many peels will I need? +
For the salicylic and enzyme peels, a course of six to eight treatments spaced 7 to 14 days apart is commonly recommended for the best result. Your plan is confirmed at consultation and depends on your skin and your concern.
Is there anyone who should not have a peel? +
Peels are not suitable while pregnant or breastfeeding, or for anyone with an aspirin allergy. There are other considerations depending on your skin and any medication you take, which is why suitability is always confirmed at consultation with a registered nurse.
What is the downtime after a peel? +
Most people experience some mild flaking or dryness over the following days as the surface skin renews. You will be given aftercare guidance, and sun protection matters a great deal afterwards. Individual experiences vary.
